NewsAn Austrian archaeological team used a radar in order to determine he extent of the ruins of the one time 3,500-year-old capital of Egypt.
When Egypt was ruled from 1664-1569 B.C. by the Hyksos, warrrior people from Asia, had their capital in the northern Delta area.
The main purpose of this project is to determine how far the underground city extends said head of Austrian team Irene Mueller.
The radar seemed to have shown outlines of of streets, houses and temples underneath the green farm fields of Tel al-Dabaa.
